Without strength you are nothing. Everyone has some sort of strength, mental or physical. I have never met someone that can’t tell you something that they’re good at.
Fitness will help you condition your body for optimal performance in whatever you do. Everyone is different in their fitness goals, but we hope to help share how to be functional with your training and think about whether it applies to your personal goals.
Not everyone needs to be able to squat 300lbs… but everyone needs to progress in some way in the fitness arena to be able to perform how they want… whether it’s more focus in the office or a more enjoyable hike on the weekend.
